Follow-Up Questions That React To The Answer
A form asks its questions in order and accepts whatever comes back. An interview reads the answer first. If someone says the pricing felt off, it asks what they compared it against and what they expected to pay, and then returns to your list. That is the difference between a one-line answer and a reason you can act on. The conversation is run turn by turn by a language model, so no two transcripts are identical: each one follows the person who was talking.
Transcripts, Not Rows
Responses are stored as full conversations rather than a question-and-answer table, so the context around an answer survives. You can read what someone said before they got to the point.
Per-Question Extraction With Quotes
For every question you asked, Zenovay pulls out the answer, shows how confident it is that the question was really answered, and shows the verbatim quote it came from. When the confidence is low, you can see for yourself why.

Is this a pop-up survey on my website?
No, and it is worth being blunt about it. Zenovay does not have in-page surveys, NPS widgets or feedback pop-ups. An interview is a standalone page that people reach through a share link you send them. If what you need is a micro-survey that appears on top of your site, Zenovay is not the tool for that job.
How is this different from a form builder?
A form asks a fixed list of questions and stores whatever it is given. An interview reacts to the answers: it can ask what someone meant, ask for an example, or skip a question that has already been answered. You also get the analysis rather than a spreadsheet of raw text: a summary, an answer extracted per question with the quote behind it, and the ability to ask questions across every response.
Which plans include interviews, and what are the limits?
Free runs 1 active interview with up to 5 questions, text only. Pro runs 25 active interviews with up to 30 questions each and enables voice. Scale allows up to 50 questions per interview. Enterprise is higher again.
Do the people I interview need a Zenovay account?
No. They open the share link and start answering. There is no account to create, nothing to install, and no tracking script involved on their side.
