See Where Visitors Click and Scroll
Choose the pages that matter to you and set up a heatmap in three steps. See every click on a full-page snapshot for desktop, tablet and phone, and how far visitors scroll.
Clicks and scrolling, page by page
Save a heatmap for each page you care about, then switch between the click map, shown per device, and the scroll map.
Click Maps
See where visitors click on a page, separately for desktop, tablet and phone. Each click is placed on the element that was clicked.
Scroll Maps
See how far visitors scroll on a page and where most of them stop.
Saved Heatmaps
Set one up in three steps: choose a page from suggestions such as your most visited pages, check the full-page preview, then review and create it. Clicks are collected from that moment on.
Heatmap capabilities
Everything you need to visualize and understand user interaction patterns.
Desktop, Tablet and Phone
Switch the click map between desktop, tablet and phone. Each device has its own full-page snapshot, used for 30 days (14 on Enterprise) and taken again when you open the heatmap after that. Every click is placed on the element that was clicked, so hotspots stay on the right button even when the layout differs between screens. Free shows desktop, and tablet and phone are included from Pro.
Choose the Period
Look at any period within your plan's heatmap history, for example the weeks before and after a change: 30 days on Free, 60 on Pro, 120 on Scale and 180 on Enterprise. Clicks are counted per day and scroll depth per page view, so both maps follow the period you choose.
Element Details on Hover
Hover a hotspot to see the element, such as a link or button, and how many clicks it holds.
Refresh After a Redesign
After a redesign, Refresh page takes a new snapshot right away, so clicks are shown on the current version of the page. Pro includes 20 refreshes per website each month, Scale 100 and Enterprise 300.
Full Screen and Zoom
Open a heatmap full screen, zoom in with the controls or a pinch, and drag to move around long pages.
Visualize User Behavior
See what visitors click and how far they scroll before you change a page.
